• 2 Days - 2 Hours Each Day = $200 Total
• 2 Days - 3 Hours Each Day = $300 Total
• 3 Days - 2 1/2 Hours Each Day = $420 Total
• 5 Days - 2 1/2 Hours Each Day = $625 Total
• 6 Days - 2 1/2 Hours Each Day = $750 Total
• 7 Days - 3 Hours Each Day = $1100 Total

1. Documented Vital Sign Checks Every 30-45 Minutes
2. Frequent Walks
3. Shower Assistance
4. Bathroom Assistance
5. 1 Healthy Meal During Visit
6. Prescription Pick up - Client must pre-pay for prescriptions or Zelle funds to nurse
7. Grocery Run - Client must pre-pay grocery expense or Zelle funds to nurse
